Digital Marketing Manager

Simul Digital are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing and ambitious team in central Wakefield. With a client-first mentality, we are lucky enough to boast of having many long-term clients that have grown with us. Given the increasing demand from current and new clients, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Position:

We are looking for a talented individual that is creative, passionate and driven, as we continue on our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations for our client base. Your central goal is to help grow our Clients brand’s across all platform’s both digital and outreach. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management, outreach, e-marketing, and online activities. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will want to roll up your sleeves and will relish working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where the team is small and tight, and decisions have real impact.

The Role:

The role will see the successful candidate shaping strategy across our diverse range of clients, taking a hands-on approach in overseeing, planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns as the head of the team. This will include working across all digital channels including social media, web and email to deliver amazing results for our clients.


  • Prior experience in building and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that deliver growth
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets for each client excluding PPC but aware of the spend in this area.
  • Plan and manage social media platforms with our social team to ensure effective posts and campaigns. Making sure we have full coverage and maximise each and every post.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry, making sure we remain at the top of our game.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience for each client in our portfolio.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies for all existing and new clients.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects, bringing them in on budget and achieving and excelling clients expectations.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, e-commerce based.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to brain dump to your team in how to grow a certain client.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • You need to be a leader, motivator, and inspiration to your team members
